Konta PDF treats privacy as a core principle. Local tools run in your browser; advanced tools that require a server are processed through the API.
Your files
For browser-side operations such as merge, split, reorder, watermark, and image→PDF, your files are processed in browser memory. For VPS API operations such as compression, OCR, Word→PDF, PowerPoint→PDF, and encryption, your file is sent to the server during processing and the result file is returned.
Data collected
The Konta PDF website does not ask for personal information. You do not need to create an account. When you consent, the site may use Firebase/Google Analytics for basic technical measurement such as page views, tool selection, operation results, device information, and approximate region. File names, file contents, license keys, passwords, and email addresses are not sent in analytics events.
Cookies
We may use your browser local storage to save site settings and your analytics consent choice. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics/Firebase Analytics measurement cookies may be used. Guides may display Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement and, depending on your consent, personalisation. Analytics preferences are separate from advertising consent.
Premium and Lemon Squeezy
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Lemon Squeezy. After purchase, the license key you enter is stored in your browser local storage and validated with the Lemon Squeezy License API.
