This tool requires an active Premium licence.
Your file is sent to the Konta PDF API for processing. An internet connection is required.
How to use it
- Activate your Premium licence and select a PDF.
- Choose low, medium or high quality.
- Compress and compare output size and small-text readability.
Example workflow
For a scan above an upload limit, try medium quality first. If needed, try low quality and compare small text on the same page; keep the original.
Limits and output checks
Not every PDF gets smaller. Text-heavy or previously optimised files may offer little saving. Low quality may remove image detail.
